Things that are difficult to understand usually come with instructions... why don’t we?
In this workshop, each participant designs their very own Instruction Manual. They fill it with illustrations and text that describe what brings them joy, what drains them, where they find bliss. The Manual can be just for them, as a way to know themselves better, or they can share it with loved ones to support and help them be their best. Using words and illustrations helps clarify what we like, which values are most important to us and what makes us happy. Each participant leaves with a beautifully illustrated keepsake Manual to remind themselves, and maybe others, how to bring out their best!
